| Description | A copy after Van Dyck's Crucifixion, Liechtenstein Gallery, Vienna. Christ on the cross surrounded by Mary and the Saints. St Mary Magdalene collapses to the left holding on to the Virgin. Behind them a figure gestures towards Christ. To the right, the artist has replaced the cowled figure in Van Dyck's painting with a different figure who points upwards and holds a paper that shows writing. |
