Behind him is a second woman with a basket on her head. A second man bends forward carrying his boots as he too enters the water with a dog in attendance. A laden pack horse goes before, following a further man into middle distance. The whole group are accompanied by six sheep. To the left is a tree and to the right an open hillside. |
